As a Founder and Managing Partner at Venturon LP., Deena Pantalone invests in start-up companies in North America that provide new products, services and technologies in the real estate industry. She offers consulting and advisory services to technology start-ups, delivering an experienced outside perspective and constructive feedback to build on ideas. Her mentorship inspires entrepreneurs to drive productivity and achieve ambitious goals.

In her role as CMO and Managing Partner at National Homes, she is responsible for sales, marketing and operations with a focus on residential communities, custom homes, commercial and land development and luxury retirement residences. She also plans and directs all marketing, sales and public relations activities for National’s communities throughout the GTA.

Her educational background includes studies in Urban Planning at the University of Toronto and Real Estate Development at the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Philanthropic contributions include serving as Chair at Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario, Chair at St. John’s Rehab Foundation, Committee Member at Best Buddies Canada, Sponsor at Habitat for Humanity Canada, Sponsor at Sick Kids Hospital, and Alumnae Executive Board at Branksome Hall.
